I’m a firm believer that each BBQ or party should have at least a few healthy options avaiable for guests to nosh on. No-one wants to show up and only become offered mayo-loaded potato salad, overly salted poker chips, sizzling dogs, cake in the grocery store and cantaloupe that likes like it’s from a GMO manufacturing plant.

Okay, maybe those are only the parties I am to. Whomp whomp. Still, it just might time to step it

Wellness Wednesday is back! As many of you understand, I was on vacation last week It was blissful, comforting, and almost everything I required; except when it wasn’t. Except when there have been a million meals choices. But specifically because it brought up food issues for me personally. It reminded me of the changing times where I ate a few way too many cookies (I’m speaking like 6). The days where I sensed overwhelmed by meals, the hours where it managed what I was doing, how I made decisions and my power of preference. Those occasions where it consumed every ounce of me. And I hated that sense more than anything.
