Hello you lovely souls. I’m sitting in an attractive, cozy ruler bed writing for you from Hilton Mind Health , a fitness and wellness vacation resort in Hilton Mind, SC. Earlier this week has been so refreshing for me personally in more ways than I can fathom to write about. Sometimes you just can’t placed into words what you feel whenever your heart is stable and content. Personally i think beyond lucky to become invited here; the inspiration in wellbeing classes, new close friends and being truly a little more vulnerable has remaining me with a realization that I have to let go of my concerns of judgement when it comes to blogging and being more personal.

Wellness Wednesday is back! As many of you know, I was on holiday last week It had been blissful, soothing, and just about everything I required; except when it wasn’t. Except when there have been a million meals choices. But specifically because it brought up food issues for me personally. It reminded me of the days where I ate a few too many cookies (I’m speaking like 6).
